The AILE automatic Bag-on-Valve (BOV) line represents modern barrier packaging technology. Unlike our standard aerosol filling line designed for conventional propellants, BOV separates the liquid product into a laminated multi-layer pouch while clean compressed air or nitrogen (N2) surrounds the bag inside the can. The integrated sequence synchronizes empty can feeding, dual-head under-the-cup propellant charging and crimping, 6-head through-the-valve positive displacement dosing, inline container pressure inspection, checkweighing, spray button placing, outer capping, and automatic shrink sleeve labeling with steam tunnel finishing.
The complete linear inline production line occupies an overall footprint span of 20.75 meters, integrating filling, testing, and full downstream packaging:
Automated accumulation turntable delivering steady, single-line container sorting without jamming.
Integrates 2 heads for under-the-cup air/N2 injection and valve crimping, paired with 6 high-pressure liquid micro-metering heads.
Dedicated pressure sensor measuring internal can pressure through the valve; automatically rejects non-compliant containers.
High-precision dynamic load cell with pneumatic rejection flipper for 100% finished weight validation.
Vibratory sorting hopper aligning spray actuators with guided vertical pressing to prevent valve stem bending.
Inclined cap elevator supplying dust caps to an automated press-down assembly (also accommodates one-piece overcaps).
Synchronized rotary sleeve labeler and 1800mm heating tunnel with steam generator for uniform 360-degree container labeling.
Sanitary stainless steel accumulation table for final visual inspection, manual cartoning, and end-of-line packaging.
