Key Specifications:
• Production Capacity: 100–120 cans/min
• Liquid Filling System: 12 filling heads
• Propellant Filling System: 10 filling heads
• Applicable Valve: Standard 1-inch aerosol valve
The AILE high-speed rotary aerosol packaging line is engineered for high-volume manufacturing of conventional 1-inch aerosol products. While our standard aerosol filling line is ideal for moderate outputs (40–60 cans/min), this rotary line replaces linear indexing with continuous multi-head rotary stations, minimizing cycle times and eliminating bottleneck pauses.
From high-capacity 13-lane container infeed, automatic mixing-ball insertion, 12-head liquid dosing, dual-head valve placing and crimping, 10-head propellant gas charging, to online checkweighing, full-submersion water bath leak detection, 12-head rotary button pressing, and 6-head rotary capping, the entire sequence operates in seamless synchronization.
The line employs a high-efficiency U-shaped layout to optimize cleanroom footprint and streamline operator monitoring across filling and packaging sections:
High-capacity unscrambler organizing 13 lines of mass-palletized empty cans into a steady single stream.
Accurately feeds glass or steel agitation balls directly into empty cans (essential for spray paints and suspension formulations).
Continuous rotary carrousel equipped with 12 positive displacement piston cylinders for precise, splash-free liquid metering.
High-speed iron valve sorter with 2 inserting heads, valve stabilizing guides, and 2 precision sealing crimping heads.
Rotary gas charging turret with 10 charging heads and dedicated booster pumps. Includes independent explosion-proof control cabinet.
High-speed load cell with rotary indexing starwheel and pneumatic rejection arm to eliminate under/over-filled cans.
Continuous chain submersion bath testing for micro-leaks under hot water, followed by integrated high-pressure air knife drying.
High-speed rotary presser seating spray buttons with vertical alignment without triggering accidental discharge.
Continuous 6-station rotary turret securely fitting plastic overcaps, followed by an 1800 mm manual packing accumulation table.
